Elizabeth Joanna Mitchell (nee Robertson; born March 27 1970. Height 5' 9 is an American actor who is famous for her character as Dr. Juliet Burke on ABC's TV series Lost and as FBI agent Erica Evans on V. Joseph Day Mitchell is her stepfather, and Josephine Marian Mitchell (nee Jenkins), her mother is a lawyer from Dallas. Mitchell as well as her mom relocated to Dallas Texas, where she was married Joseph Mitchell. Mitchell graduated from Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts a public magnet school. Mitchell is the oldest sister of three siblings, along with Kristina Kristie Mitchell & Katherine Day Kate Mitchell. Her most prominent role is her character Emily Prentiss, Special Agent in CBS's crime show Criminal Minds. In June 2010, it was reported that her character on Criminal Minds would be reduced for the sixth season. Brewster's character might have left the series in March of 2011.
